EIT Global Outreach, EIT Health and Ontario Brain Institute selected 12 European companies to participate in Calling2scale program to laucnh their innovation in North America.
Calling2scale is a tailor-made startup support program, giving European and Israeli’s top technologies the chance to receive full end-to-end package for market penetration in a 3-month hybrid programme. The programme strategically and effectively prepares and enhances a startups ability to penetrate and scale into new global markets by leveraging its network of partners and international experts.
In the upcoming months, the 12 selected startups will participate in an intensive programme, co-facilitated by Advise Connect Inspire, LLC., designed to equip them with the tools, connections, and insights needed to succeed in the highly competitive markets from United States and Canada. The program includes a series of webinars and mentoring sessions, followed by an in-person roadshow to Boston and Toronto, where they will pitch their innovations to key industry leaders, forge strategic partnerships, and explore new market opportunities.
The 12 selected companies focus on brain health:
- Activepulse Neuroscience: Innovating non-invasive brain stimulation therapies for treating depression and other neuropsychiatric disorders
- AgenT: Creating blood tests to detect Alzheimer’s disease at its earliest stages.
- AURIMOD GmbH: Developing wearable devices that help treat chronic pain and brain disorders.
- Bit&brain: Developing a home-based neurotechnology kit that uses AI to improve mild cognitive impairment and delay dementia by enhancing brain function through active and passive neurostimulation.
- BrainTale: Transforming brain care by empowering precision neurology and accelerating CNS drug development.
- GGTUDE: Providing an AI-powered platform with short, game-like activities to support mental health, helping therapists guide treatment and track progress effectively.
- mjn-neuro: Providing seizure-predicting devices for people with epilepsy, offering greater safety and quality of life.
- Neroes: Designing wearable devices to boost mental health by improving brain activity.
- NeuroBlast: Developing a portable, game-like physiotherapy system that uses sensors and real-time data to personalize and improve rehabilitation.
- NeuroSoV: Pioneering stem cell-based therapies for neurodegenerative diseases.
- RebrAIn: Leveraging AI and data analytics to provide personalized rehabilitation for neurological patients.
- TargED Biopharmaceuticals: Revolutionizing targeted thrombosis treatment with innovative technology.
