400 Hours of Two-to-One Coaching

Each company will have a dedicated Strategic Lead and Program Director who will work with the team plus experts from our 200+ network, depending on the topic and challenge to address.

Process

Company Selection Workshop

Companies are being selected by a curated group of elite venture builders at a tri-annual workshop organized in Europe

Kick-Off/Deep Dive

The program is organized in 3, 4-month phases and kicked off with a deep dive meeting, a half-day workshop with a panel of domain experts; companies receive a tailored strategy and development plan and hands-on execution guidance from GT network, mentors, and partners

Goals & Execution

Tailored mentoring by GT network with domain experts by 1:1 coaching on weekly/bi-weekly meetings, workshops, expert discussion, and storytelling
